How to Reset the Password of LimeSurvey Admin User

Once your LimeSurvey application is created, you can find the credentials for LimeSurvey Admin Panel in Cloud Clusters Control Panel. You can also reset the password of LimeSurvey admin user as you want. This guide will show you how to do it.

1. Log in to Control Panel

Please Log in to Control panel on our platform.

2. Navigate to "Site & SSL" page

Go to the Site & SSL page in the Control Panel, you can see the LimeSurvey Admin URL and the credentials for it.

3. Reset password

Click "Reset Password" to reset the admin user password and save it.

Once it finishes, you can log in to your LimeSurvey Admin Panel with the new credentials.
